We were given a free upgrade to a larger apartment which consisted of a bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and small kitchen. It was very spacious and everything was clean and worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the spacious tiled bathroom facilities included double sinks, a large corner bath, plenty of white fluffy towels and a separate toilet. We arrived late at night from the airport but the hotel was very close to the tram stop and easy to find. Check in and out was efficient and we were able to store our bags after checkout. We only stayed one night en route to our main accommodation but the location is close to the beach and to central Nice.

Mollydub

Our apartment was perfect - clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the promenade, and about a 20-minute walk to Old Nice. There is also a tram stop just a few minutes away that brings you right to the airport. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful with any queries we had. There was no noise from the hallways or outside the apartment, although we didn't leave our windows open at night so it may be different if you do.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! Given that we were a religious couple staying over our sabbath, means we can't use any electricity, and the staff were super accommodating. The apartment doors open with a manual key and we left it with the 24-hour reception when leaving and arriving they kindly opened the automatic doors for us! Perfectly situated right near everything, 5 min from the beach. Super clean and has plenty of room

The location of the apartment is great, 2 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk from the old city of Nice. The apartment is big with comfortable beds and a big bathroom. It also has a kitchen, 2 closets, a safe, coffee and a dishwasher. The staff were very friendly and gave us beach towels. Parking lot is in the same building as the apartment with an elevator.

We've been in this hotel for the second time already. It offers very nice apartments and is located close to the beach, the city center and the local (underground) tram station. Although this time they didn't provide breakfasts themselves, it was possible to have breakfasts for free in the hotel across the street (and they were very good).
